神岂能不义
有一次，我遇到一位在主里的姊妹。她说她是一个很不好的人，犯了很多很多的罪,因此她认为她不能得到赦免。我问她承认不承认耶稣是为人的罪流血的，祂流血是为赎人的罪。她承认她知道这些道，但是她认为信主这么多年，还犯了这么大这么多的罪，不能再得到赦免。我本来是坐在那里的，我就忽然站起来，到她面前加强我的语气说，你的罪得赦免不得赦免，我不在乎！但是你所说的话，意思是说神犯罪，这一件事情我在乎！你一面相信你是在基督里的，但一面又不信你的罪会得赦免！你想想看，若是神不赦免你，神岂不是不义了么？神不义就是神犯了罪，这事怎么得了！神已爱了你，也差遣了祂的儿子为你还清了罪债！若是照你的话，神又来向你追讨罪债！神不能赦免你的罪，神居然成了不义的神，这还得了！那一天，眼泪从她眼睛里流了出来，她说，我是有罪的，但神是义的！祂在基督里不能不赦免我的罪！
按着神的义来得救
神的恩典是根据于神爱我们，叫神乐意救我们。神的义是因为耶稣已经为我们死了，叫神不能不救我们。耶稣若没有死，神是自由的，祂可以自由的救我们，或是不救我们。耶稣死了，神便受了捆绑！凡凭着耶稣的血来到神面前的，神就没有法子不赦免他。这就是神义的救法。在基督以前，神如果随便赦免我们的罪，叫我们不受罪的刑罚，就要使神自己犯罪。现在神已使祂的儿子钉在十字架上，受了罪的刑罚，把罪的问题解决了。凡凭着耶稣的血来到神面前的，神也不能不赦免了。
神不能不救我
也许有人会想说，“得救这么容易么？恐怕需要祷告到彀长，祷得神回心转意了，那我才可得到赦免！”绝对没有这件事！不在乎你祷告的长短，乃是在于神已经把救赎作成了。神已经悦纳了基督的祭，祂就不能不救我。神为着要赦免我们的罪，已经在基督里成功了救法。现在神就是托我们这些传道人到普天下去，给人看见说，神已经成功了救法了！祂可以赦免你的罪，而不会陷自己于不义了！
神光明正大的赦罪
也许有人说，为甚么我不觉得自己得救了呢？为甚么我相信之后，不觉得有甚么特别，也不觉得心里有甚么平安呢？请你记得，这不是你平安不平安的问题，乃是神平安不平安的问题。神在基督里赦免你，是顶光明、顶正大、顶公义的，把你的罪赦了，只要你接受就彀了。
信息重点：得救的把握不是建立在我们的感觉、表现或祷告有多少，乃是建立在基督已经完成的救赎上。基督已经为我们的罪死了，神也已经悦纳祂的祭，因此我们可以相信：我是有罪的，但神是义的；神在基督里赦免我的罪，也是公义的。
应用祷告：父神，谢谢你使我的得救不是根据自己的感觉和表现，乃是根据基督已经完成的救赎。当我软弱或怀疑的时候，求你使我不看自己，乃是仰望基督和祂的宝血，相信你已经为我作成的一切。阿们。

Complete Forgiveness of Sins (5) — 1 Pet. 2:24
How Could God Be Unrighteous?
Once I met a church sister in the Lord. She said she was a very bad person who had committed many sins, and therefore she thought she could not be forgiven. I asked her whether she admitted that Jesus shed His blood for man’s sins, that He shed His blood to redeem man’s sins. She admitted that she knew these truths, but she thought that having believed in the Lord for so many years, she still committed so many sins and could not be forgiven again. I had been sitting there, but I suddenly stood up, went before her, and said with added emphasis, “Whether or not your sins are forgiven, I do not care! But what you are saying means that God has sinned, and this matter I do care about! On the one hand you believe that you are in Christ, but on the other hand you do not believe that your sins will be forgiven! Think about it: if God did not forgive you, would He not be unrighteous? For God to be unrighteous is for God to have sinned — how could this be! God has loved you and has also sent His Son to pay off your sin debt! If it were as you say, God would again come to demand your sin debt! God cannot forgive your sins, and God has actually become an unrighteous God — how could this be!” That day tears flowed from her eyes, and she said, “I am a sinner, but God is righteous! In Christ He cannot fail to forgive my sins!”
Being Saved According to God’s Righteousness
God’s grace is based on God’s love for us, which makes God willing to save us. God’s righteousness is due to Jesus having already died for us, which makes God unable not to save us. If Jesus had not died, God would be free; He could freely save us or not save us. Jesus has died, and God has been bound! For all who come before God by the blood of Jesus, God has no way not to forgive them. This is God’s righteous salvation. Before Christ, if God had casually forgiven our sins and let us escape the punishment of sin, He Himself would have sinned. Now God has made His Son to be nailed on the cross, receive the punishment of sin, and solve the problem of sin. All who come before God by the blood of Jesus, God also cannot fail to forgive.
God Cannot Fail to Save Me
Perhaps someone would think, “Is being saved that easy? I am afraid I must pray for a long time, until God changes His mind, and then I can be forgiven!” There is absolutely no such thing! It does not depend on how long or short your prayer is but on the fact that God has already accomplished redemption. God has already accepted the sacrifice of Christ, so He cannot fail to save me. In order to forgive our sins, God has already accomplished the salvation in Christ. God is now commissioning us preachers to go into all the world and show people He has already accomplished the salvation! He can forgive your sins without putting Himself in unrighteousness!
God’s Open and Upright Forgiveness of Sins
Perhaps someone says, “Why do I not feel that I am saved? After believing, do I not feel anything special, nor feel any peace in my heart?” Please remember, this is not a matter of whether you are at peace but of whether God is at peace. God’s forgiving you in Christ is most open, most upright and most righteous. He has forgiven your sins; all you need to do is to receive it.
Message Major Points: The assurance of salvation is not built upon how much we feel, how we perform or how much we pray, but upon the redemption Christ has already accomplished. Christ has already died for our sins, and God has already received His sacrifice; therefore, we can believe: I am a sinner, but God is righteous; God’s forgiving my sins in Christ is also righteous.
Daily Prayer: Father God, thank You that my salvation is not based on my feelings and performance but on the redemption Christ has already accomplished. When I am weak or doubting, make me not to look at myself but to look upon Christ and His precious blood, believing all that You have accomplished for me. Amen.
