神的救恩就是神自己。神自己进到我们里面，作我们的生命，这是神最高的救恩。我们能经历祂，让祂在我们里面完全充满，并且安家在我们里面，完全占有我们内在的每一部分，这实在是太希奇的一件事。不仅如此，这位神还成了我们的享受，不只是一般的享受，更是成了我们的饮食，我们能吃祂，也能喝祂。我们能吃神、喝神，这样说乍听之下很刺耳，似乎很野蛮，但圣经的启示就是这样。
最奇妙的一件事，就是神造了天地万有，最后造了人，把人外面造得象祂一样，又在人里面给人造了一个灵，为着让人接受祂这位灵。所以新约圣经说，‘神是灵；敬拜祂的，必须在灵和真实里敬拜。’惟有灵才能摸着灵，惟有灵才能接受灵，也惟有灵才有资格敬拜灵。敬拜灵乃是我们灵的天职。
神把人这样造好了之后，并没有立刻给人一篇篇的道理、一条条的诫命；祂乃是把人摆在一棵生命树跟前，嘱咐他千万不要吃错了；如果吃错了，那是不得了的事。换句话说，不在乎行为，乃在乎吃什么；吃错了就糟糕，吃对了就好。所以整本圣经关乎人的一面，头一件事就是吃的问题。人是好是坏，全在于吃得对或错。吃就是接受，把人身外的食物接受到身内作生命的素质。食物被吃到人里面，就消化在他的血轮中，什至成为细胞，成为他里面的组织成分，也就是成为他的本质。

Worship, Receive and Enjoy the Lord in Spirit – John 6:53-56
God’s salvation is God Himself. God enters into us to be our life — this is the highest salvation. We can experience Him, let Him fully fill us, make His home in us, and fully occupy every part of our inner being. This is truly a marvelous thing! Moreover, this God has even become our enjoyment — not just any enjoyment, but even our food and drink. We can eat Him and drink Him. At first, this may sound shocking or even strange, but this is exactly what the revelation of the Bible shows us.
The most wonderful thing is that the God who created the heavens and the earth and all things, eventually created man. He made man’s outward form in His likeness and gave man a spirit within so that man could receive Him, who is Spirit. Therefore, the New Testament says, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truthfulness.” Only spirit can touch spirit; only spirit can receive spirit; and only spirit is qualified to worship Spirit. To worship Spirit is the unique duty of our human spirit.
After God created man in this way, He did not immediately give him doctrines or commandments. Instead, He placed man in front of the tree of life and warned him not to eat the wrong thing — for eating wrongly would bring dreadful consequences. In other words, what matters is not behavior but eating — what you take in. Eating wrongly leads to trouble; eating rightly brings blessing. Thus, the very first matter concerning man in the whole Bible is the matter of eating. Whether man is good or bad depends entirely on what he eats. Eating means receiving — taking something outside of man into him as the element of life. Once food is eaten, it is digested into the bloodstream, even becoming cells, becoming the components of his inward being — in other words, becoming his very essence.
