font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">Eating, drinking, and enjoying the Lord is a matter of daily life, just like our physical eating, drinking and enjoying &#8212; it must be regular and measured, neither excessive nor insufficient. We all know that to have a healthy body, it&#8217;s best to eat small meals frequently, and each meal should not be completely full but only eighty percent full; at the same time, the later it gets, the less we should eat. Today our calling on the Lord\u2019s name and pray-reading the Lord\u2019s word is the same &#8212; every morning we need to spend time reading the Lord\u2019s word; but we also don\u2019t need to read too much, and we should call and pray as we read. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">As soon as I was saved, I received help to read through the Bible once a year. This is a very good practice, and I also led everyone to practice doing this. This is not without benefit, but generally it only gives people knowledge and doesn\u2019t allow people to enjoy. Sometimes when we read too much, our head spins and our eyes blur, and there is no life supply. Now we have found a very convenient way: just spend ten minutes to pray-read two verses of the Bible properly. Every morning everyone is very busy \u2013 some needs to go to work, some to school. But even though there is no time, we can still set aside ten minutes to pray-read two verses of the Bible properly. Once we pray-read like this, the enjoyment is more than sufficient. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">It is very wonderful &#8212; having such ten minutes versus not having such ten minutes makes a great difference in our life for that day. Without this, the whole day doesn\u2019t go well; once we have pray-reading, plus calling on the Lord\u2019s name, our whole person becomes different &#8212; we don\u2019t lose our temper when we should lose it, we don\u2019t become anxious when we should be anxious, and victory comes very naturally. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">So every morning, the first thing we do when we get up is to enjoy the Lord; starting from here, we can practice living in the spirit and practice walking according to the spirit.
