Concerning the Meaning of Life<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">Another way to preach the gospel is to speak about the meaning of life. Some people consider life to be a mystery \u2013 they don\u2019t know why they are alive. Is life just about eating, drinking and sleeping? Some people genuinely ask this question. So we can use this question as a starting point to preach the gospel. We can tell them: If life is just about eating, drinking and sleeping, then yes, life really has no meaning. But only when a person knows God does life become meaningful. When one understands God\u2019s purpose in creating man, they will begin to see that their life has meaning. \u000b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">We should tell people what the Bible says about how God created mankind, how man fell, and how God came to save us. A person who hasn\u2019t been saved is someone who lacks a center \u2013 they have lost the meaning of life. God created the heavens, the earth and man for His own purpose. God is the center of everything \u2013 and especially the center of human life. So if a person is separated from God, they become nothing more than a machine for eating and sleeping. But once a person has God, their life has meaning and purpose, no longer feeling that life is vanity. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">These five matters we\u2019ve discussed can be considered the greatest needs of humanity. Most men can be reached by at least one of these five needs. So when we preach the gospel, we should learn how to share at least one of these five aspects with people \u2013 helping them to see their need, and also helping them to see the way to have that need being fulfilled.
