font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">John 8:3\u201311 speaks of a sinful woman who was not condemned and was saved. She was clearly a guilty woman, deserving judgment, that was no doubt. But the Lord said to those who had seized her, \u201cHe who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.\u201d In this scene, there were three parties: one was the sinful woman, trembling and awaiting judgment; another was the group of accusers and bystanders, but upon hearing the Lord\u2019s words, their consciences were pricked. They realized they too were sinners and left one by one; and the third party was the Lord Jesus Himself. He alone was without sin, yet He did not condemn the woman, instead, He forgave her and brought her salvation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">We must pay attention to this picture: the Lord Jesus is sinless, and the woman is sinful and ashamed. The sinful one is there, and the sinless one is also there. When the Lord asked, \u201cWoman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?\u201d she immediately said, \u201cNo one, Lord.\u201d This response reflects a softened spirit, a spirit that had been humbled. So, even though the woman didn\u2019t do anything else but simply say, \u201cLord\u2026\u201d the Lord responded, \u201cNeither do I condemn you.\u201d And she was saved. Therefore, as long as a person\u2019s spirit is humbled and willing to acknowledge Him as Lord, that is enough. What God has accomplished is truly marvelous; and what is required of man is surprisingly simple. \u000b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">Acts 10:34\u201343 records Peter\u2019s message when he was sent to Cornelius\u2019 household to preach the gospel. He recounted all the things the Lord did on earth, and finally, when he said the words, \u201c&#8230;That through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins,\u201d the Holy Spirit immediately came upon all who were listening to the gospel. Therefore, in evangelism, it is sufficient to simply bring the sinner before God, but not necessary for them to fully understand everything about salvation. The truths of salvation are also understood gradually after a man is saved. For a sinner, just one word of salvation is enough. In Cornelius\u2019 house, the Holy Spirit was already waiting to descend \u2013 and today, the Lord is likewise waiting for sinners. As long as a sinner\u2019s heart is stirred, that is enough.
