font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><b>1. Christ as the Content: To Manifest Christ on Earth, We Must First Proclaim Him \u2013 (Rom. 10:14) <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">Romans 10:9-13 says: <i>\u201c<\/i><em>That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, \u2018Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.\u2019 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord is Lord of all and is rich to all who call upon Him. For \u2018whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.\u2019\u201d<\/em> Paul says that believing in the heart results in righteousness. The word \u201cresulting\u201d here is a direct translation, meaning \u201cleading to.\u201d Therefore, the result of believing in the heart is to obtain righteousness, while the result of confessing with the mouth is salvation. If we want to be justified, that is, to receive God\u2019s righteousness, we must believe in the Lord Jesus. If we want to be saved, we need to confess the Lord Jesus, which is to call upon Him. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">Romans 10:14-15 says: <i>\u201c<\/i><em>How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they proclaim unless they are sent? Just as it is written, \u2018How beautiful are the feet of those who announce the good news!\u2019\u201d<\/em> To call upon the Lord, one must first believe in Him; to believe in Him, one must first hear of Him; and to hear of Him, someone must first proclaim the gospel. For the gospel to be proclaimed, there must be those who are sent by God. Those sent by God preach the gospel, enabling people to hear, believe and call upon the name of the Lord to be saved. After we believe in and call upon the Lord, we must also proclaim Him. Christ has already been proclaimed and heard throughout the earth. He has been preached by those sent by God and has been heard by both Jews and Gentiles.
