方舟既是基督，挪亚如何能建造方舟呢？新约告诉我们，神在我们里面运行，使我们立志并行事，作成我们的救恩。虽然我们已经得救，但神仍在我们里面作工，使我们能作出我们的救恩。挪亚如何靠着他所建造的方舟而得救，今天我们也必须作出我们的救恩，使我们能得救。今天，教会就是团体的基督，因此我们建造教会，就是建造方舟。千万的人因着进到教会生活里蒙了拯救。团体的方舟能拯救我们，脱离这弯曲悖谬的世代。因此，要建造方舟，我们需要同过教会生活。
当人在地上败坏达到极点的时候，神在地上仍寻得挪亚这个走祂生命之路的人，与祂合作同工，完成祂为着走祂救赎生命之路的人所实行的救恩。挪亚与神同工所建造并进入的方舟，乃是表征神的救恩。挪亚奉神的命令，照神的启示，为神造方舟，表明神要这样照祂的经纶在地上有所工作，必须得着与祂同行、同活的人，在地上与祂合作、配搭、同工。祂虽是全能的神，但建造的工作，祂必须得着人与祂同工，才能完成。
今天我们要与神合作，来传扬公义，并建造教会，好让主能回来，审判这世代，并带进一个新的时代（太二四37）。为此，我们需要从主得恩典，使我们能成为转移时代的人。我们需要每天向主寻求恩典，使我们能完成神的定旨，并转移这时代。每天早晨，当我们还未接触到这邪恶世代以前，我们应当竭力的来接触主，并从祂接受恩典。同时在我们一天的生活中，不论在学校，在办公室，在路上，都不断寻求主的恩典，使我们能过一个分别的生活，好转移这时代，为着主的回来。我们若这样祷告，祂丰富的恩典就会充足地供应我们，使我们能过一个与这世代分别，照着神的经纶，与祂同行并同活，为着主回来的生活。

Be a Person Who Turns the Age – Eph. 5:8
Since the ark is Christ, how could Noah build the ark? The New Testament tells us that it is God who is at work in use, both to will and to work for his good pleasure. Although we have already been saved, God is still working within us so that we can work out our own salvation. Just as Noah was saved through the ark that he built, we today also need to work out our salvation so that we may be saved. Today, the church is the corporate Christ; therefore, to build up the church is to build the ark. Multitudes have been saved by entering into the church life. The corporate ark delivers us from this crooked and perverted generation. Hence, to build the ark, we have to live the church life together.
When corruption on the earth had reached its climax, God still found Noah, a man who walked in the way of His life, who could cooperate with Him to carry out His salvation for those who walk in His life. The ark that Noah built and entered into with God was a type of God’s salvation. Noah, under God’s command and according to His revelation, built the ark for God. This shows that for God to carry out His economy on the earth, He has to gain a man who walks and lives with Him, who cooperates and coordinates with Him. Although He is the Almighty God, He still needs man’s cooperation in order to fulfill His building work.
Today we have to cooperate with God — to preach righteousness and to build up the church — so that the Lord may return to judge this age and bring in a new one (Matt. 24:37). For this, we need to receive grace from the Lord so that we can be the ones who turn the age. We should seek the Lord’s grace daily so that we can fulfill God’s purpose and turn the age. Each morning, before we contact this evil generation, we should strive to contact the Lord and receive grace from Him. During the day — whether in school, at the office or on the road — we should continually seek His grace, that we may live a separated life, turning this age and preparing for the Lord’s return. If we pray in this way, His rich grace will abundantly supply us, enabling us to live a life separated from this age, walking and living with God according to His economy, for the Lord’s coming back.
