眼睛怎样能纯一呢？主说：“你的财宝在那里，你的心也在那里。”（21。）有一件事非常希奇，如果我们能支配玛门，那就玛门不只不能害我们，反而能帮助我们。我们的心本来是爱玛门的，本来是贪恋财利的，要我们的心倾向神是非常困难的，但我们若能支配我们的财宝，我们就能支配我们的心。
所以我们要学习把财宝送出去。主说，“你的财宝那里，你的心也在那里。”当人把他的财宝往主那一边送的时候，就自然而然他的心也往主那一边去。人的财宝往天上去，人的心也往天上去。我们的财宝在那里，我们的心也在那里。我们如果把一切都归给神，自然而然我们的心也归给神，我们的眼睛就纯一了。
我们要明白圣经，就必须有一个完全的奉献。没有奉献，我们的心就不能往神那里去。奉献有非常特别的一点，就是奉献能使我们的心往神那里去。我们把一切奉献给神的时候，我们的心不去也得去，因为财宝已经到那边去了。人奉献，可能有两种情形：有的人心先去，有的人心后去。有的人受了感动以后才奉献，有的人奉献了以后心才去。我们不管心能去也好，心不能去也好，我们只管奉献。有甚么东西是我们所最吝惜的，就要最先送出去，奉主的名送给有需要的人去。我们把东西送出去的时候，我们的心也到主那边去了。等东西都到主那里去了，眼睛就纯一了。

The Eyes Must Be Single (3) – Matt. 6:23
How then can our eyes become single? The Lord says, “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” (Matt. 6:21). There is something very wonderful here: if we can rule over Mammon, then Mammon will not only cease to harm us, but will even help us. Our hearts are naturally inclined to love Mammon and to covet riches; therefore, it is very difficult for our hearts to turn toward God. But if we can govern our treasures, we can also govern our hearts.
Thus, we have to learn to give our treasures away. The Lord said, “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” When a person sends his treasure toward the Lord, his heart will naturally follow in the same direction. When a person’s treasure goes to heaven, his heart also goes to heaven. Wherever our treasure is, there our heart will be. If we give all things to God, our heart will also belong to God, and our eyes will become single.
To understand the Bible, we need to have a complete consecration. Without consecration, our hearts cannot turn toward God. Consecration has a very special characteristic — it enables our hearts to move toward God. When we dedicate everything to God, our hearts must go because the treasure has already gone there. There may be two situations when people make offerings: some hearts go first, and some hearts go later. Some people make offerings after being moved, and some people make offerings before their hearts go. Whether our hearts can go or not, we just have to make offerings. Whatever we are most reluctant to give away, we should give it away first, in the name of the Lord to those in need. When we give things away, our hearts also go to the Lord. When all our things go to the Lord, our eyes will be single.
