你整天这样行，到了晚上，你虽然累了，但里面的灵仍是强的，加添你的力量。许多时候，外面的身体实在不行了，但是因着灵强的缘故，就还能够支援。这样你回家来一定喜欢聚会，或者和家人聚会，或者和圣徒一同聚小排，或者到比较大的聚会。在聚会中，你一样得力量能开口祷告，能尽功用，能供应人。如果众人都这样彼此供应，大家就都得着供应。
这不象从前的光景，一进来就坐着，在那里发死。有时七点半开始的祷告聚会，已经七点三十七分了，还没有动静，大家都坐着不动，等负责弟兄带领。负责弟兄也彼此对看，想唱诗歌却无诗歌可选，因为没有灵感；最后勉勉强强点首诗歌。等到唱完诗，就看祷告事项，再一件一件奉行如仪的祷告。这样的聚会的确命定该死，因为走死的道路，过死的生活。早期没有享受主的带领，大家日常生活里也不说主，聚会怎么能活？惟有经历三一神作生命，操练享受主，才能使聚会新鲜又活泼。
经历三一神作生命，惟一的路就是享受他。要享受他，就一定要花工夫。我愿意告诉大家，主最喜欢我们呼求他，也最喜欢我们享受他。不要以为我们要为主作什么，要奉献给主什么。我们所作的不一定讨他喜悦，所献的也不一定得他悦纳。最讨他喜悦，最蒙他悦纳的一件事，就是我们享受了他。比方你出门旅行在外，母亲很想念你。等到你回家，可能带一点东西给母亲，也替她作一点事情；这虽然也讨母亲喜悦，但是最讨她喜悦的，就是让她预备一餐好饭，然后你快快坐下吃，并且吃得非常甜美。

The Excellent Way of Practice (2) — John 6:35
If you walk this way all day long, by evening, although you are tired, the spirit within is still strong, adding strength to you. Many times, the physical body outwardly really cannot go on, but because the spirit is strong, it can still support you. In this way, when you come home you will definitely want to attend the meeting, whether gathering with family, or gathering in a small group with the saints, or going to a relatively larger meeting. In the meeting, you will likewise have the strength to open your mouth to pray, to function, and to supply people. If everyone supplies one another in this way, everyone receives supply.
This is unlike the former situation where people would come in and sit there, being dead. Sometimes at a prayer meeting that begins at 7:30, it’s already 7:37 and there’s still no movement; everyone sits motionless, waiting for the responsible brother to lead. The responsible brothers also look at each other, wanting to sing a hymn but unable to choose one because there’s no inspiration; finally, they reluctantly select a hymn. After finishing the hymn, they look at the prayer items and then pray through them one by one ceremonially. Such meetings are indeed destined to die because they walk the way of death and live a life of death. Without enjoying the Lord’s leading from the beginning, and without speaking of the Lord in daily life, how can the meetings be living? Only by experiencing the Triune God as life and practicing enjoying the Lord can the meetings be fresh and living.
To experience the Triune God as life, the only way is to enjoy Him. To enjoy Him, we must definitely spend time. I want to tell everyone that what the Lord likes most is for us to call on Him and also for us to enjoy Him. Don’t think that we need to do something for the Lord or dedicate something to the Lord. What we do may not necessarily please Him, and what we offer may not necessarily be accepted by Him. The one thing that most pleases Him and is most accepted by Him is that we enjoy Him. For example, when you go out traveling and are away, your mother misses you very much. When you return home, you may bring something for your mother and also do something for her; although this also pleases your mother, what pleases her most is for her to prepare a good meal, and then for you to quickly sit down and eat, eating very sweetly.
