二、关于罪的传染
有许多人是有社会思想的，他们自己犯罪不觉得，但对于别人犯罪就有反应。他们不喜欢看见别人犯罪。对于这样的人，你要对他们说，你自己犯罪能害别人，最能害的是你自己的孩子们。人总是下一代追前一代。你如果犯罪，罪总要从下一代追上你。你自己抽大烟，儿女就抽上了；你自己打牌，儿女就学会了；你自己喝酒，儿女也就喝酒了。你自己没有罪的感觉，因而把儿女也传染上罪了。你自己贪爱钱财，爱发脾气，很容易就传染给别人，特别是你的儿女。这样的人虽然不多，但总是有。我们可以告诉他们，犯罪是能传染的，尤其是能传染给自己的儿女，而害了他们。
三、关于罪的结果
罪最能害自己，因为罪是有结果的，罪的工价乃是死（罗六23）。箴言八章三十六节也说，得罪神的，便是害了自己的魂（生命）。人犯罪，乃是给自己吃罪的果子。加拉太书说，凡顺着情欲撒种的，结果就是收败坏（加六8）。不要以为犯罪是没有结果的，罪的工价乃是死。这节圣经也救了极多的人。犯罪就是叫自己吃罪的果子，犯罪的结果，总是归在自己身上。有的人是要到这地步，才感觉罪的可恶。我们传福音到这地步时，就要把罗马一章二十八至三十一节的罪一个一个的读下去，并要加以解释。这好像是画人的图像，把人真实的光景都描绘出来。人总是宝贵自己的相片，所以传福音就是要画人的相片，叫人看见自己真实的情形。你把罪仔细的说出来，圣灵就要光照罪人的里面，叫人知罪自责。有相当一部分的人，乃是从这里得着罪的感觉。我们传福音到这地步，人就要知道自己不行了。但是你如果要讲罪，自己非活在神面前并有光不可。我们自己先得了光照，才能叫人得着光。当一个人看见罪是怎样辖管了他，他的心就要转回来，寻求救主了。

How to Awaken a Sense of Sin in Men (2) – Rom. 6:2
2. Concerning the Infectious Nature of Sin
Many people have a sense of social responsibility. They may not feel anything about their own sin, but they react strongly when others sin. They don’t like seeing others do wrong. For such men, you should tell them that when you sin, it harms others – especially your own children. The next generation always follows the previous one. If you sin, your sin will catch up with you through the next generation. If you smoke opium, your children would pick it up. If you gamble, your children would learn it. If you drink, your children would do the same. Since you have no sense of sin, you unknowingly pass it on to your children. If you are greedy for money or quick to lose your temper, that too can easily spread to others, especially your children. Although such men may not be the majority, they definitely exist. We can tell them that sin is contagious – especially to their own children – and this may ruin their lives.
3. Concerning the Consequences of Sin
Sin harms the sinner most, because sin brings consequences. “The wages of sin is death” (Rom. 6:23). Proverbs 8:36 also says, “He who sins against me injures himself.” When someone sins, they are eating the fruit of their own wrongdoing. The Book of Galatians says, “For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption” (Gal. 6:8). Don’t think sin comes without consequence – its wage is death. This verse has brought salvation to many people. To sin is to eat the fruit of sin, and the consequences always fall upon the sinner himself. Some people don’t realize how dreadful sin is until they reach this point. When we preach the gospel to this stage, we should read Romans 1:28 –31 verse by verse, explaining each sin in detail. It is like painting a person’s portrait, depicting their true condition. Men always value their own photograph, so preaching the gospel is like painting that photo, helping them see their real self. When you explain sin in detail, the Holy Spirit will shine His light into the sinner’s heart, bringing conviction and self-awareness. A significant number of men gain a sense of sin this way. When our preaching reaches this level, the listener begins to realize they are truly hopeless on their own. But if you want to speak on sin, you yourself must live before God and have His light. Only those who have first received light can help others see the light. When a person sees how sin has ruled over him, his heart may turn and begin to seek the Savior.
